What is KazePay and how does it work?
KazePay provides physical and virtual crypto cards that let you convert supported cryptocurrencies into fiat for everyday transactions. Top up your KazePay Wallet, transfer to your card, and spend online or in-store wherever your card network is accepted.
How do I sign up for a KazePay account?
Visit app.KazePay.com, select “Sign Up,” and complete the registration steps. Verify your email and finish KYC as required to access all features.
What fees are associated with using KazePay?
KazePay does not charge spending transaction fees. Fees apply to card issuance, maintenance, and recharges. Additional fees such as ATM withdrawals, currency conversion, and bank-related charges depend on the issuing bank and card type.
Which cryptocurrencies and networks are supported for top-ups?
Currently supported assets: USDT and USDC. Supported networks:

Is there a minimum balance requirement?
There is no minimum balance. If your account balance becomes negative, your card will be temporarily frozen. Settle the negative balance to resume usage and reloading.
Can I use my KazePay card internationally?
Yes. KazePay cards are globally usable, allowing you to spend across countries and currencies, subject to local regulations and merchant acceptance.
How do currency conversions work?
Currency conversion is performed by the bank and card network at the time of transaction. Applicable conversion fees and exchange rates depend on the bank and merchant acquirer, and may vary by country.
What happens if my card expires?
Physical Card: Valid for 5 years OR total card spending limit, which ever come first. Upon expiry, you must purchase a new card with a different number.
Virtual Card: When a virtual card expires, you must purchase a new card with a different number.
Wallet / Account
Can I withdraw funds from my KazePay Wallet?
Yes. Withdrawals are available only from your KazePay Wallet balance (not from card balances).
- Processing time:
- Weekdays (Mon–Fri, 9:30am–6:00pm): up to 8 hours
- Weekends: up to 24 hours
- Supported networks for withdrawals: BSC, Solana, Aptos, Tron, Base, Avalanche, Arbitrum Important: Once funds are recharged onto a KazePay Card, they cannot be withdrawn; card funds are for spending only.
Can I transfer wallet funds to another KazePay user or external wallet?
Yes:
- Internal transfers to another KazePay user: near-instant, no network fee.
- On-chain withdrawals to external blockchain addresses: available on supported networks listed above.
Physical Card
How can I top up my Physical Card?
Recharge from your KazePay Wallet into your Physical Card balance.
- Single top-up limit: $500
- Multiple top-ups are allowed without restrictions on the number of transactions.
What are the recharge fees for the Physical Card?
2% per top-up.
How many Physical Cards can I apply for?
Each user can apply for up to 5 Physical Cards. You must start with 1 physical card first; after activation and usage, you can apply for additional physical cards up to the maximum of 5, subject to KYC and eligibility.
What are the ATM withdrawal rules for the Physical Card?
- Per Transaction Limit: Determined by local ATM restrictions
- Daily Withdrawal Limit: $1,500
- Daily Withdrawal Count: Up to 6 withdrawals
- Monthly Withdrawal Maximum: $15,000
- Withdrawal Fee: 2% per transaction (minimum $1 per withdrawal)
Does the Physical Card support Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Currently, the Physical Card does not support Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What is the validity of the Physical Card?
Each Physical Card is valid for 5 years.
Does the Physical Card accept refunds?
Yes. Merchant refunds can be credited back to the Physical Card.
Can I apply for a Physical Card if I am in a different country?
Yes, subject to country eligibility. Contact customer support to confirm availability in your country. Shipping costs for Physical Cards are borne by the applicant.
Virtual Card
How many Virtual Cards can I apply for?
No fixed limit. You can create multiple virtual cards based on your needs and risk preferences.
What are the recharge fees for the Virtual Card?
Between 1.8% and 2.2% per top-up, depending on card type and issuing bank.
Do Virtual Cards support Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Support depends on the specific virtual card and issuing bank. Some virtual cards can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay if indicated during setup.
How can I set up Apple Pay for a Virtual Card?
Follow the on-screen instructions. If you select email verification, retrieve the verification code from the email address linked to your KazePay account and complete the setup.
Can Virtual Cards be used for cash withdrawals?
No. Virtual Cards are for online transactions only and do not support ATM withdrawals or cash-outs.
What is the validity of the Physical Card?
Each Physical Card is valid for 5 years.
Do Virtual Cards support refunds?
Refunds to Virtual Cards are not guaranteed. Merchant refund attempts may fail to credit back. Consider using Physical Cards if reliable refunds are needed.
What are typical bank transaction fees for Virtual Cards?
Bank transaction fees generally range from 0% to 5%, and vary by merchant category and acquiring bank policies.
Can I transfer funds from a Virtual Card to another wallet or user?
No. Once funds are recharged onto a Virtual Card, they cannot be transferred to another wallet or KazePay user.

Troubleshooting
My withdrawal is delayed. What should I do?
Check the schedule: Weekdays up to 8 hours, weekends up to 24 hours. Confirm the network and address accuracy. If the delay exceeds the stated window, contact support via email or Telegram.
My Virtual Card refund didn’t arrive. Why?
Virtual Card refunds are not guaranteed and may fail depending on merchant/acquirer processes. If a refund fails, contact the merchant for alternative resolution or use a Physical Card for future purchases where refunds may be needed
My card was frozen due to a negative balance. How can I fix it?
Top up your Wallet and settle the negative balance. Once cleared, you can resume using and reloading your card.

Card replacements and expirations
- Physical Cards: Renewed at 5-year expiry; typically same card number.
- Virtual Cards: Must be purchased again when expired; new card number.
Is the Physical Card available in my country, and who pays for shipping?
Physical Card availability depends on your country of residence. Shipping fees are paid by the applicant. Please contact customer support to confirm eligibility before applying.
